Help for Struggling Homeowners

NNRMLS is proud to participate in programs that help struggling homeowners. The Fannie Mae Short Sale Assistance Desk was developed to assist real estate professionals in handling post-offer short sale issues. Members of NNRMLS were the first in the nation to be able to employ this program to help their clients move toward the successful close of Fannie Mae backed Short Sale transactions. Click the SSAD logo for information on how this program may assist you

The Reno Sparks and Greater Las Vegas Association of REALTORS® are working to utilize this grant money for the benefit of their communities and REALTOR® members, as well as the entire state, to provide education and counseling services to anyone who may be in foreclosure or close to foreclosure. http://foreclosurehelpfornevadans.org
